Clean work area. Wipe both vial stoppers, the Peppaz vial and the BAC water vial, with an alcohol swab and let them dry.
Using a sterile syringe, draw your chosen volume of bacteriostatic water. BAC water is the standard diluent, the benzyl alcohol keeps the solution stable over multiple weeks.
Insert the needle at an angle and let the water run slowly down the inside wall of the vial, never blast it directly onto the powder. Peppaz are delicate; a hard stream can shear them.
Gently swirl or roll the vial between your fingers until the powder fully dissolves. Never shake. The solution should go clear, not foamy.
Once reconstituted, it lives in the fridge. Label the vial with the compound and the date you mixed it.
